Peer Review Process

Submissions are evaluated formally by the editor then passed to the Editorial Board.  Each submission is peer reviewed by two members of the Editorial Board. These reviewers are members of the Royal Roads University faculty, faculty at other universities, or are otherwise experts in the area reviewed.  The associated editors provide proofing and copy-editing, as well as assistance with manuscripts' preparation for submission.

Publication Frequency

The Journal's first issue is now available. Our goal is to produce one issue of five to seven articles annually.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
